What's the influence of the COVID pandemic on the circular economy worldwide? And what impact do circular transitions have on the Sustainable Development Goals and poverty issues in particular, during times of crisis? The were central questions asked during the workshop Circular Economy, COVID-19 and SDG 1, given by Frans Beckers on Octobre 24th during the annual SPRING Cross-Regional Dialogue. This workshop was organised by the faculty of Economics and Business of Universidad Austral de Chile.
FBBasic strongly values sharing knowledge with a worldwide network. During the workshop Frans explained the impact of the COVID crisis on the circular economy in European and Dutch context but without the neglection of perspectives from participants of the workshop from all over the world.
